How is different from my sauna at the gym?

Our sauna offers a distinctive experience compared to the gym setting in several ways:

  1. Temperature Range: Unlike typical gym saunas that often hover in the high 140s to 160s, our sauna elevates the heat experience, ranging between 160 to 185. It provides a more intense and rejuvenating heat for an enhanced sauna session.
  2. Community and Culture: We take pride in fostering a unique sauna community and culture. Beyond temperature, our sauna is known for its cool atmosphere, creating a welcoming environment that sets us apart as the coolest sauna spot in Denver. It’s not just about the heat; it’s about the people and the experience.
  3. Outdoor Setting: Our sauna is set in the great outdoors, allowing you to connect with nature during your sauna sessions. This outdoor setting provides a traditional and serene experience, offering a departure from the confined indoor spaces commonly found in gym saunas.

Essentially, our sauna aims to deliver a holistic and traditional sauna experience that goes beyond the conventional gym sauna setting.

What is included in each session?

Each of our offerings comes with:

  • Access to showers and changing rooms
  • Premium wood-fired sauna experience

Getting Ready for Your Sauna Session: Helpful Tips to Ensure a Great Experience!

1. Stay Hydrated

Hydration is paramount for a comfortable sauna session. Ensure you’re well-hydrated before, during, and after your time in the heat. A trusty water bottle by your side will keep you refreshed and replenished. Sip water regularly to maintain your body’s equilibrium and enhance the overall benefits of your sauna visit.

Also, keep in mind that water bottles tend to heat up rapidly. Therefore, think about bringing a water bottle with insulation to keep cold water chilled, preferably one with a plastic shell.

2. Mindful Breathing Techniques

Deep, slow breaths during and while taking breaks can enhance relaxation and promote a sense of calm and clarity.

3. Don’t Pregame

Avoid any pre-sauna indulgence, like alcohol or THC. While a tempting toke or sip may seem harmless, they can lead to dehydration or a negative mental state, undermining the holistic benefits of your sauna experience. Save any such indulgences for after your session. Prioritize responsible hydration and relish the complete advantages of a clear-minded and revitalizing time in the sauna.

What do I need to bring to my session?

All you need is a swimsuit! Throw in a pair of flip-flops if you’d like. We’ve got everything else covered: showers, changing rooms, local tea, and additional amenities for your comfort. While some guests opt for a robe, it’s entirely optional.

We also suggest bringing a spare set of clothes for after your session can enhance your overall post-sauna comfort.

Exciting news! In the future, we’ll also offer swimsuit sales. Stay tuned for more!
